( a ) Certificates
Our stringent procedures avoid the risk of inappropriate or inadequate crew documents delaying your vessels in ports. We ensure that. Documents and certificates of the seafarers are valid for the term of the contract at minimum. Training and certificates comply with IMO, ILO, and STCW 95/98 convention as amended .Crews possess the appropriate flag license and corresponding special qualifications, statutory certificates and other requirements of the vessel’s Flag Registry Administration. Seafarers are oriented on the policies and procedures of the company and the safety management system on the vessels.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Provision of Manpower to shipowners, ship managers and Ship operators in accordance with the requirements of the International Labor Organization’ Maritime Labor convention 2006 (MLC2006).
( c ) Payroll Arrangement
Salaries and Leave pay, all overtime, overlapping wages, performance bonus, rejoin bonus, bank charges, Home allotment
( d ) Crew Insurance
P & I Insurance, crew accident insurance, sickness pay, medical expenses, life insurance, travel insurance
( e ) Joining and Repatriation
Travel, visas, immigration expenses, hotel, transportation, port agency
( f ) Crew Welfare
Safety training and discipline, entertainment / recreation, working clothes / uniforms
( g ) Quality management

Usually, Employ Contract for Officers is 6 months (or) 9 Months (or) 10 Months according to ship owner’s requested, for rating (12 Months). Our Crew have been joined with Chinese, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Bangladesh, India and mixed Crew.
