Training System
Our Company’s Training System are crew receive STCW basic training as well as ISM and ISPS familiarization prior to joining. Trainees also attend specific seamanship, technical or catering classes. Where required our crew can pass through the company’s advanced Maritime English Language Training Centre, which incorporates a Marlins / ISF / MCA approved English Language Test Centre. The Training Centre has the following facilities: ECDIS Simulator, Engine Room Simulator, Crane Simulator, Engineering Workshop, Seamanship, Safety
Contract
Usually, Employ Contract for Officers is 6 months (or) 9 Months (or) 10 Months according to ship owner’s requested, for rating (12 Months). Our Crew have been joined with Chinese, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Bangladesh, India and mixed Crew.
